Is there a list of healthy snacks, although I am finding that once I eat what’s on the menu that day I am satisfied most days. There are times where I could use a little something more when I’m doing a lot of things and can’t get home to eat right away. It would be nice if I could throw a snack in my bag for such occasions.
I’m sorry I’m just now seeing this, Claudette. I hope you found these suggested snacks in Your Fast for Life Tips sheet:
• Raw fruit (with or without nut spread)
• Raw vegetables (with or without nut spread)
• Raw nuts (except cashews and peanuts)
• Raw fruit and nuts
• Raw juices
• Stovetop popcorn with sea salt
• Homemade kale chips
